En pasada comunicación le enviamos una comunicación de bienvenida a nuestros hospedajes temporales

Ahora lo que tenemos que estudiar es como acceder al inmueble según nuestro medio de transporte:

• Aeropuerto Alfonso Bonilla Aragón (jurisdicción de Palmira)

o En el aeropuerto puede acceder a dos modalidades de viaje a Cali, dado que el tiempo de desplazamiento es de aproximadamente media hora hasta la entrada a Cali.

Transporte en carro privado o taxi; se toma a la salida de los muelles nacional e internacional, hay funcionarios que le ayudan a conseguir un taxi debidamente registrado que le proporciona el valor del transporte y el tiempo estimado. También puede optar por una plataforma como UBER, DIDI o similares.

Buseta a la terminal de Cali. A la salida del muelle nacional se parquean las busetas en las que aparece un letrero que dice “terminal de transportes” y que los lleva al centro de transportes de la cuidad que queda en el centro norte de la ciudad. Al apearse del bus al llegar hay un control para transporte en taxi que presta el mismo servicio del aeropuerto. De la misma terminal está a la posibilidad de tomar un transporte público que en la ciudad se llama MIO, en la terminal pregunta donde venden pasajes de MIO y caminan a la estación MIO VERSALLES que dista unas 4 cuadras y de allí toma el viaje a la estación MIO ESTADIO. De allí se camina unas 5 cuadras hasta nuestro inmueble. 

• Bus intermunicipal

o Todos los buses intermunicipales llegan hasta la terminal de transportes de Cali ubicada en el centro norte de la ciudad. Este procedimiento está descrito ya en el párrafo anterior.

• Vehículo privado

o Entrada por el norte de la ciudad 

La manera mas expedita es tomar la avenida sexta y tercera norte y seguir hasta empatar con la avenida circunvalación, ya al final de esta avenida usted toma la desviación por el barrio San Fernando que conduce a Univalle y en la mitad del camino está el inmueble.

o Entrada por el sur de la ciudad

La manera mas expedita es tomar la calle 5 hasta llegar al Estadio Alfonso Bonilla Aragón, toma por detrás del parque panamericano y entra al Barrio San Fernando, llega hasta el parque del perro y toma la izquierda hasta coger la carrera 35 A, esa vía lo lleva al inmueble.

Las personas en Cali son amables y se prestan para ayudarle a llegar a su destino.

In the last communication we sent you a welcome communication to our temporary lodgings

Now what we have to study is how to access the property according to our means of transport:

• Alfonso Bonilla Aragón Airport (Palmira jurisdiction)

o At the airport you can access two modes of travel to Cali, since the travel time is approximately half an hour to the entrance to Cali.

Transportation by private car or taxi; it is taken at the exit of the national and international docks, there are officials who help you get a duly registered taxi that provides you with the value of the transport and the estimated time. You can also opt for a platform such as UBER, DIDI or similar.

Bus to the Cali terminal. At the exit of the national dock, there are buses that have a sign that says “transport terminal” and that take you to the city’s transportation center, which is in the north center of the city. When you get off the bus upon arrival, there is a checkpoint for taxi transportation that provides the same service as the airport. From the same terminal, you can take a public transportation service called MIO in the city. At the terminal, ask where they sell MIO tickets and walk to the MIO VERSALLES station, which is about 4 blocks away, and from there take the trip to the MIO ESTADIO station. From there, walk about 5 blocks to our property.

• Intermunicipal bus

o All intermunicipal buses go to the Cali transportation terminal, located in the north center of the city. This procedure is already described in the previous paragraph.

• Private vehicle

o Entrance from the north of the city

The quickest way is to take the sixth and third avenue north and continue until you reach the ring road, at the end of this avenue you take the detour through the San Fernando neighborhood that leads to Univalle and halfway along the road is the building.

o Entrance from the south of the city

The quickest way is to take 5th street until you reach the Alfonso Bonilla Aragón Stadium, take it behind the Pan-American park and enter the San Fernando neighborhood, go to the dog park and take the left until you take 35 A street, that road takes you to the building.
